Design: Fragmented and primed mRNA was subjected to first and second strand synthesis. dscDNA was purified using HighPrep Beads, end repaired, adenylated and ligated to Illumina multiplex barcode adapters. Adapter ligated cDNA was purified using HighPrep Beads and was subjected to 12 cycles for Indexing. Final product was purified followed by library QC. Illumina-compatible sequencing library was quantified by Qubit fluorometer.
